Dear Lake Hanna Community,

This continues to be a critical year for us as we begin our transition of moving our administration and financial operations from our Lake Hanna Developer in St. Louis to ourselves at the Lake.  In addition to this critical transition work, we have been focused on collecting many years of back assessments and trying to recoup as much as we can from lots that we regained through these litigation efforts.   A few things have developed from the lots we have gained back in this process. 

1.       Several items the Association doesn’t need but may be valuable.

2.       A property we’ve acquired that could serve alternative purposes besides being sold.  We would appreciate your input in deciding how to utilize this property

October 5th 9 am – 11 am Silent Auction and Property Use Suggestions/Survey

Silent Auction:  On October 5th from 9 am to 11 am a silent auction will take place at the double wide trailer (new administration office).  You can bid by writing your bid amount, name and plat/lot down on each bid sheet.  If your bid wins an item, you can make payment in the form of check, money order, or credit/debit card.  Items should be retrieved within 48 hours of the close of the auction.  Here is a short list of items.  We will post a full list and pics (if possible) on the Official Lake Hanna Association Board Facebook page.

·         Piano

·         Antique ringer washing machine

·         Hand tools

·         Lawn tools

·         Head and foot board for Log Bed

·         Car ramps

·         Antique iron Singer sewing machine frame

Property Use Suggestions/Survey:  Usually we simply clean a lot and place it up for sale.  In this case, we have 2 additional ideas as to what we could do with the property that is on the corner 2 lots near the main dam. Details of each idea along with a financial business case will be available during the auction.   We want to gather feedback on the existing ideas using a survey, any additional ideas on possible uses, and suggestions regarding the existing ideas presented.
